Roland TD-4KP
Some groups prefer the controlability and versatility of an electronic kit. I use the TD-4KP on a lot of gigs. For small rooms I am able to play straight through my own speaker. For larger gigs the kit can easily plug directly into the PA.

I use a djembe periodically for church & acoustic gigs.

Cajon
I use a cajon for church & acoustic gigs.

Congas
I teach kids as young as 5. Playing rhythms on congas is a great way to coordinate the hands of young ones.
